Yulia Hazanov was born in Russia and grew up in Israel. After graduating college, she relocated to California, where she completed her courses at Lee Strasberg Film & TVInstitute. After working in the entertainment and Cosmetology industries, Yuliamanaged retail locations and acquired another Diploma from San Francisco`s ITMIinstitute as Tours Director.
Many of her associates and friends commented that she has a keen eye for finding and pursuing great investment deals, so she collaborated with a few investors to help build an impressive investment portfolio. Having that experience, compelled Yulia to get her real estate license.
Now working as a Realtor ® at Keller Williams Realty in the San Francisco East Bay, she has found the career that is gratifying and rewarding.
In addition to real estate, Yulia works at a Bay Area construction firm as the Director of Operations. Yulia’s priority is providing exceptional customer service to her clients utilizing her resourcefulness. Her experience is in traditional real estate sales, 1031 exchanges, and is a HomeBids Certified Specialist. Yulia recently received her certification in the Keller Williams Realty Concierge Financing Services as an advisor and her certification of the Real Estate Institute as a certified Negotiation Expert.
Yulia speaks multiple languages, including English, Russian, Hebrew, and conversational Spanish.
